Arini nak story pasal my breastfeeding journey..

ILMU BREASTFEEDING

Dulu-dulu time b4 pregnant tu ingtkan BF ni just bagi susu badan kite kt baby..tu je yg i tau..hehe..normal la kot..yang kite tau ape yg kite nmpk je la kn..rupe-rupenye byk lg bende yang berkaitan n kena ade ilmu jgk in order utk berjaya BF selama 2 thn especially bg ibu-ibu yang berkerja mcm i ni..

I blaja ilmu BF ni mula-mula secara kebetulan/observation sbb my SIL (Aishah Zaharin) nooraishahzaharin.blogspot.com BF baby die..i stay with MIL time mula-mula kawin dulu..so kt situ i dah nmpk sket2 la how she handle ebm, pergi kerja pump susu, blk transfer dlm plastik n frozen kn n bile nk guna panaskn n etc etc..n also my ofis mate (Helya) jgk sbb tgk die pump kt ofis..

Lepas tu bile dh pregnant 4 ke 5 bulan one of my BFF (Sabihah or Bee) sabihahsalim.blogspot.com tny i whether nak BF baby ke tak? so i kate sure la nak kn..so die kate cari info/ilmu about BF..time tu i tertanya2 la nk cari info mcm mana tu? tp search je la kn..so, dptla sedikit sebanyak ilmu from google..hehehe..

Masa pregnant 7 bulan i pegi antenatal class kt Tropicana Medical Centre..so kt situ die ade ajar jgk sedikit sebanyak about BF ni..huh..Lepas tu bermulalah episod mencari breastpump yang terbaik n sesuai dengan i.. hehehe..after tny opinion semua org, google here n there, buat semua pertimbangan, so i decided to buy.....

MY BREAST PUMP

Medela Freestyle...yang menjadi idaman semua ibu-ibu yang menyusu bdn pd masa kini..hehehe..i beli from faheem wardrobe (online) sbb die jual paling murah in town...RM 1350..which is retail price about RM 2200..haaa...lebih kurang 50% less la kn..at first kena marah jgk ngn husband sbb mahal n beli on9..kalo xdpt brg mcm mane kn..but alhamdulillah it safely arrived n dah guna pn selama 6bulan ++ dgn jayanye..=)

Tp i x gune beg yg mcm dlm gmbr tu sbb rase mcm besar sgt kot..then i buy cooler bag from autumz..

 so, pump letak kt compartment yg satu lg..ice pack, botol n breast shield letak dlm compartment yg besar mcm gambar kt atas tu..

so, mcm ni la i g keje..hehe...

EBM

Utk EBM (Expressed Breast Milk) atau susu yang diperah/pump kt ofis tu i simpan dalam double ziplock autumz storage bag..

ade yg lg murah tp kene ikat pakai getah..n nnt susah nak susun..mcm ni boleh jimat space sket bile nk simpan..lg pn kt rumah MIL tu my SIL dah pakai yg MLO tkt kang the maid silap bagi susu nnt..so die bleh bezakan dengan plastik tu..bile dh susun die akan jadi mcm ni..

tp gambar tu bkn i punye..tp lebih kurg mcm tu la cume xde botol.. atas n bwh tu sume plastik mcm yg atas tu..=) so my current stock ade dlm lebih kurang 40 x 4oz = 160 oz..alhamdulillah..so far cukup utk my daughter NURDAMIA AZZAHRA...n akan terus berusaha utk BF Damia at least sampai die umur 2 tahun..insyaAllah..


PUMPING SCHEDULE

My pumping schedule kt ofis 3 kali sehari iaitu pukul 8.30pg, 12.30tgh n 4.00ptg..kadang terawal, kadang terlambt skt..kalo terskip yg ptg tu jawabnye kene pump dlm krete otw blk tu..selalunye i bwk blk av of 15oz sehari..plg byk 18oz n plg sikit 12oz..so far so good..mmg ade up n down, tp alhamdulillah dapat memenuhi keperluan yg tersayang..
